Cut-to-Length / Blanking

Lapham-Hickey started cutting steel coils to length in the late 1950's to provide our customers a more cost effective solution versus shearing. Cut-to-length, also know as a blanking line or CTL, is a common method of creating flat, rectangular blanks from larger metal coils. Today, we have multiple cut to length lines equipped with state of the art roller leveling systems to ensure optimal flatness for our customer's sheet requirements.
