Lapham-Hickey is proud to announce we have entered into an agreement to acquire a controlling stake in VC Laminations, a premier electrical steel lamination stamper and valued added services provider.

Lapham-Hickey Steel, based in Bedford Park, Illinois, has acquired SMC Metal Fabricators, Oshkosh, Wisconsin. SMC has 70 employees running a 115,000-square-foot manufacturing facility adjacent to Lapham-Hickey’s two existing Oshkosh facilities. SMC performs laser cutting, forming, welding, powder coating and assembly services.
